F M A Fitness

F M A Fitness is located at B 36 on the second floor. We are right above D Pauls on Shivalik Road in the Shivalik-Malviya Nagar part of Delhi. It's a busy neighborhood and things get loud outside with all the cars and people moving around. The gym itself is a regular place where people from around the area come to get exercise done. We have been here for a while and many of the folks who come in are regulars who live just a few blocks away. The second floor location means you have to walk up some stairs. Shivalik Road is always active so there is always something going on when you look out the window. We keep things simple here. There isn't fancy music or lighting, just the machines and weights. Sometimes the equipment gets worn out but we fix things when they break. It is just a local business run by people who live in Delhi. Most mornings start early because people want to get their workout in before heading to the office or starting their day. In the evenings it gets more crowded when the younger crowd shows up. It's a spot for anyone in Malviya Nagar who doesn't want to travel too far to find a gym. People just come in, do their thing, and leave. We don't have a lot of rules, just ask that people put their weights back where they found them.
