Expotrade

Our office is located at C 5 in Shivalik. It’s a nice enough area, and the building is easy to find. Expotrade is where we handle the logistical side of moving goods from one place to another. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, so you’ll usually see stacks of folders and documents on every available surface. It’s not the most exciting-looking place, but it’s functional. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to coordinate with different suppliers and transport folks. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times there are delays that we have to scramble to fix. That’s just the nature of trading. We don't have a fancy showroom because we don't really sell things directly to people off the street. It’s more of a hub for coordinating things. The office has a small pantry where we make tea and the occasional snack when the days get long. We’ve been in Shivalik for a while and have a good relationship with the other businesses in the block. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure our clients' shipments get where they need to go on time. It’s a practical business run by people who have been doing this long enough to know the pitfalls of the shipping world. We just keep our heads down and handle the details that most people don't want to think about. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
