Evershine Finishes,Gurgaon

Evershine Finishes is based in a DDA flat, specifically 2/63 on the top floor of Amritpuri-B. This is in the East of Kailash area of New Delhi. Being on the top floor means a lot of climbing, but you get a decent view of the rooftops. The office is a bit small, as it is a residential flat converted for our use. We do finishing work, so we have samples and charts all over the walls. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have more than five people in the main room. We have been here for a while. The address is New Delhi, but we end up working all over. We mostly work with clients around the NCR. The flat gets a bit warm in the afternoon since we are right under the roof. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee. It is not the kind of place where you would expect a big company to be, but it works for what we do. We are mostly out on sites anyway, so the office is just where we handle the billing and the planning. The neighbors are nice, mostly families who have lived in these DDA flats for decades. It feels very local. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It is just us working hard in a small space. It is a simple setup for a small business.
