Our office is based in New Delhi at 81, CSP Flats in East of Kailash. It’s a residential-feeling area but there are plenty of small businesses like ours tucked away here. We work on the digitronics side, handling various electronic weighing equipment under the name Essae Digitronies Pvt Ltd. The flat is a bit small for all the stuff we have, so we have to be very careful about where we put the new stock. If you visit us, you might find the hallway a bit cramped with boxes. It’s a very local way of working. We know the guards at the gate and the other people living in the flats. The Delhi heat can be tough, especially in a place like this, so our old air conditioner gets a lot of use. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a view. Our view is just the other flats and the street below. Most of our work involves checking the sensors and making sure the digital displays are reading correctly. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers who are trying to set up their machines. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here for a long time and we like being part of the East of Kailash community. We don't really have a lobby, so most visitors just end up sitting on a stool near the technician's desk. It's a very practical way to run things.
