We are tucked away in Gali Number 14 in Hari Nagar Extension. If you’ve ever been to Badarpur, you know the streets can be a bit of a maze. Our office at I-818 is right in the middle of it. It’s a busy area with a lot of people and small shops everywhere. We’ve got a small space there where we keep our registers and the main phone. Most of our day is spent dealing with suppliers or trying to coordinate with the workers who live nearby. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a water fountain or a fancy waiting room. Usually, you’ll find a few of us sitting around a table covered in site photos and half-empty chai glasses. The noise from the main road drifts in, but we’re used to it by now. Badarpur is a tough place to get around sometimes, but being right here helps us stay close to the materials markets. We’ve had this same spot for years, and the landlord is a decent guy who doesn't mind the occasional pallet of bricks sitting out front. We keep things pretty informal. If someone needs to talk about a project, they just drop by and we pull up a plastic chair. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our overheads low. We’re just a bunch of people trying to get things built in this crowded corner of New Delhi.
