Energy Studio

We are based in Greater Kailash Part 1, at house number E-479. It is a pretty well-known area in Delhi, so finding us is not usually a problem for most folks. We have been in this spot for several years now. It is a studio where we do fitness and different types of movement. The street outside can get quite packed with cars, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or eating. Inside the studio, it is much simpler. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything that isn't necessary. It is just a big room where people can come and do their thing. We started it because we wanted a space in GK that felt a bit more like a local hangout than a big business. We know the people who live in the surrounding houses. Sometimes they just pop their heads in to say hello. It feels like a neighborhood spot. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just like keeping the studio open and seeing people enjoy the space. It is a lot of work to keep things running, but we don't mind. We just handle the cleaning, the scheduling, and the daily chores like any other small business. It is a good place to be and we are happy with how things are. We just keep it simple and stay focused on the day-to-day work we have to do.
