Encompassion Foundation

We are located at Plot No 2A on the first floor in Saidulajab Village. It’s in Lane No 2, right near Khersinghe State. If you know this area of New Delhi, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the small lanes and local shops. Encompassion Foundation is tucked away here, which we actually like quite a bit. It’s a real village atmosphere even though we’re in the middle of the city. Our office is on the first floor, so you have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We have some old wooden furniture and a few plants that we try to keep alive in the corner. The sounds of the village come right through the open windows—scooters, people shouting, and the occasional stray dog. It’s a very human place to work. We aren't interested in being a polished brand or looking corporate. We just want to be part of the community here. We spend our days meeting with people from the lane and the surrounding blocks. There’s always someone coming in for a chat or to ask a question about something. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so it’s pretty plain inside the office. But it’s functional and it stays cool in the summer. We work hard and we don't make a big fuss about it. Being in Saidulajab keeps us grounded. It reminds us why we started this. We just take things one day at a time.
