D.S.Construction

D.S.Construction is based in Andrews Ganj Extension, New Delhi. We are located at C/O C L Khaitan, F/9, right on Josip Broz Tito Marg. This is a very busy area of South Delhi, and the traffic outside is almost constant. You can hear the hum of cars and buses all day long. Our office is part of a larger building, and it is a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before. Once you get inside, it is a standard workspace with a lot of character. We’ve got stacks of files from projects we did years ago and a few shelves filled with technical books. The space is a bit tight, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other when we move around. There is a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead tubes. We aren't big on decorations; the only things on the walls are a few project photos and a dirty old clock. We’ve been in this location for quite a while now. It is a convenient spot for us because it is central, even if the commute can be a nightmare during rush hour. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find someone working at a desk. We’re just a regular construction outfit trying to stay on top of our deadlines and keep things running.
