D.S. Con. Ltd.

We operate D.S. Con. Ltd. from G Block in Sangam Vihar. Our setup is at house number 1340, care of Ajay Kumar. It is a crowded part of New Delhi, but we like being here. We do all kinds of construction work, mostly small local projects for people who live around here. We don't have a big flashy office with glass doors. It's just a place where we sit down to talk about the next job. We have a small team of guys who know how to handle tools and heavy materials. Moving bricks and cement through the narrow lanes of Sangam Vihar is always a challenge, but we have gotten good at it over the years. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather in Delhi is too hot to stay outside for long, so we take breaks and then get back to it. We get our supplies from the local hardware stores. It's a very local business. People know Ajay and they know they can find us here if they need a wall fixed or a new room built. We don't spend money on ads or flyers. We just let the work speak for itself. It is a lot of physical labor and long hours, but we are used to it by now. We just do things the old-fashioned way and try to keep moving.
