We are based out of Malviya Nagar in South Delhi. Our office is in the B36-50 block, right in the Shivalik area. It’s a nice part of town, mostly residential but with enough shops around to keep things interesting. We’ve been here for a while now, tucked away in this building. It’s not one of those huge corporate parks you see in Gurgaon; it’s more like a regular neighborhood office where you can actually hear the birds outside sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of us talking on the phone. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another. It gets quite busy during the summer when everyone wants to go on vacation at the same time. We don’t really do all that flashy marketing stuff you see online. Most people who come to us are regulars or friends of regulars. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, but we manage to get the tickets printed eventually. If you live around Shivalik or Malviya Nagar, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times. We are just a bunch of regular people who know a lot about travel and like staying in this part of Delhi.
