We're based in the Zakir Nagar area of Okhla in New Delhi. Our office is at 500/41, and it's right in the middle of a very crowded and active part of the city. Being in Okhla means we are surrounded by all sorts of businesses and small factories, which keeps us pretty busy. We spend our time figuring out how to get things from our corner of Delhi to wherever they need to go. It’s not always easy with the traffic and the narrow lanes around Zakir Nagar, but we make it work. The office is usually full of maps, schedules, and the sound of people talking to suppliers on the phone. We aren't a big, flashy company with a fancy lobby; we’re just a bunch of people working out of a standard building. We have our fair share of long days when shipments are late or something goes wrong with the documentation. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s about moving boxes and keeping people updated on their items. We’ve been in this location for a while and have gotten used to the way things work in this part of New Delhi. Everyone on the team does a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or checking a manifest. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure nothing gets left behind at the end of the day.
