You can find Dhurya Infrastructure Private Limited on the ground floor at F-301-B in Lado Sarai. This part of South West Delhi has a lot of history and narrow lanes, which makes parking a bit of a nightmare. Our office is tucked away, and it’s actually quite cool inside even when it’s baking outside because of the way the building is set up. We handle infrastructure projects, but if you saw us, you’d just see a few people hunched over desks and talking on their mobiles. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, more than you’d think. We have a small area for guests, but it’s usually occupied by stacks of drawings or extra stationery. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us. We’ve been here for some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The best part about being in Lado Sarai is the food nearby, so we usually go out for a quick bite in the afternoon. We don’t spend much on decorations; we’d rather keep the office functional. It’s a bit disorganized at times, especially when multiple projects are starting at once, but we manage to find what we need eventually.
