If you go to Sarita Vihar in New Delhi and head over to Pocket-N, you will find us at house number 274. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. The office is tucked away in a quiet corner of the pocket, which is nice because it keeps things a bit more peaceful than the main roads. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting around the computers tracking shipments and making sure the logistics side of things is moving along. We are a pretty small group in the office, but there is always a lot to do. We don't really go for the corporate look, our space is more about being practical and getting the work done. You'll see stacks of folders and the sound of printers going most of the time. We talk to people all over the country to make sure their cargo is moving properly. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we just try to stay calm and figure out a solution. Most of our days are spent on the phone or sending out emails. We aren't trying to be anything we are not, just a hard-working logistics team in Sarita Vihar trying to do our jobs well. It is a lot of routine stuff like checking logs and updating addresses, but it is important work for the people who rely on us to get their things delivered.
