We started here in Okhla. It’s a busy spot near Jamia Nagar. Every day we see a lot of boxes and packages coming through the doors. It gets really hot in the summer here at Masihgarh. We just focus on getting things where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the P.O. is a total mess. We have been at 48, Masihgarh for a while now. Most of the staff have been working here for years. You’ll see the couriers coming in and out all morning long. It’s not a fancy office, just a place to get work done. We handle local stuff and things going far away to other countries. Sometimes the internet is slow and it's frustrating, but we manage. People stop by to ask about their parcels all the time. We try to keep everything organized on the metal shelves. It’s mostly just paperwork and moving heavy crates. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks during the afternoon. It's a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We don't do much fancy talk here. If a truck is late, we just wait. If the weather is bad, we still try to move the shipments out. It’s just how it goes at Dhl Express India Pvt Ltd. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. There's always noise from the street outside. We just keep our heads down and get on with the day's tasks.
