Our office for Dhl Express India Pvt. Ltd is located on the third floor of the DDA Flats in Madangir. If you've ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a packed residential and commercial mix. Being up on the third floor at 16/431 means we get a bit of a climb every day, which keeps us awake. It’s not a fancy corporate tower. It’s a DDA flat converted into a workspace where we handle all the express shipping paperwork. Madangir is a lively area, and the noise from the street usually makes its way up to us. We’ve got a small crew here. We spend our time tracking packages and making sure the couriers are on the right path. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of files piling up, but we make it work. It’s a very local feel. We aren't here to impress people with shiny lobbies or expensive furniture. We just have our desks, some old chairs, and the equipment we need to do the job. People come in and out, and we try to keep things moving as quickly as the New Delhi traffic allows. It gets hot in the summer, and the stairs are a pain, but this is where we work. We’ve been part of the Madangir community for a bit now, just doing our daily thing. We focus on the forms and the packages rather than the corporate image.
