You can find us at D.H.L Express (I) Pvt.Ltd. over at 1457, Wazir Nagar. We are right in the Kotla Mubarkpur area, just across from Defence Colony in New Delhi. It is a very crowded part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend our time managing packages and making sure things get sent out on time. The Delhi heat can be tough, but the work doesn't stop. Our office is a bit cramped because of all the parcels waiting to be sorted. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. Every day feels like a race against the clock to get everything ready for the next pickup. It's a lot of scanning labels and making sure addresses are correct. Sometimes we have to explain to people why a package might take a bit longer, but usually, things move pretty fast. The guys working here have been around for a long time. We know the local streets and the best times to avoid the worst traffic near Defence Colony. It’s a straightforward business. We move things from one place to another. There isn't much more to it than that. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the stuff that works. It gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we've learned how to handle the rush. We just focus on the boxes and the destinations. It’s what we know.
