Design Plus Architecture

You can find Design Plus Architecture at E-145 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 3. We are quite close to the Hdfc Bank, which makes it easier for people to give directions when they’re coming to visit us. Okhla is a busy industrial hub, so there is always a lot of truck movement and people rushing around outside our doors. Our space is more of a studio than a corporate office. We have large tables for drawing and a lot of computers that stay on most of the night. It’s a bit of a messy place sometimes, with rolls of blueprints and material samples scattered around, but that’s how we work best. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The building is solid and provides enough room for our team to sit and figure out building designs. We don’t go for anything too fancy; we just need a place that works. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up when we need a break from the screens. It’s a lot of technical work, checking codes, and making sure the structures we plan are actually going to stand up. We handle the drawings and the coordination, keeping things moving along. It’s practical, sometimes stressful, but it’s what we do every day. No big speeches or fancy brochures, just a lot of hard work in a busy industrial corner of the city.
