Design Build Solution

Amit started this whole thing out of his place at House Number 9 in Shakti Vihar. We are over in Meethapur, near Badarpur, which is a busy area of New Delhi. It's a real neighborhood setup here. We do design and building work, but we don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. Most of our meetings happen around a small table with some tea. We talk about what needs to be built and how to do it without spending too much money. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes there are kids playing in the street outside or someone selling vegetables, and that’s just how it is. We like being part of the local community. We don't use big words or try to act like we're a huge company. It’s just us trying to help people get their homes or small shops sorted out. Sometimes we’re out at sites all day and the office is empty. We don't have a regular 9 to 5 schedule because construction doesn't work that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current job. If the rain comes, we have to pause, but then we get right back to it. It’s practical work for practical people. We aren't looking to get famous, just to keep the lights on and do a decent job for the neighbors who trust us with their projects.
