Daksh Ayurved & Yoga Hospital

You can find us at 11 A on the Savitri Nagar Main Road. This is in Malviya Nagar. Daksh Ayurved & Yoga Hospital is the name on our board. It's a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops nearby. There are always people walking by to go to the local market. We have a bit of a yoga space in the front and then the rooms for the Ayurvedic work in the back. The building is right on the main path. It's easy to spot if you're walking from the metro or the main square in Malviya. This part of Delhi is always crowded. I like the energy of the morning here when the shops are opening. We start our day early. The floor is made of old stone and stays cool even when it is hot outside. We have some yoga mats piled up in the corner. Sometimes the smell of the herbal oils we use is a bit strong. Nobody seems to mind though. We are just a local neighborhood spot. Many of the people who come in live just a few streets away in Savitri Nagar. We know most of the shopkeepers who work around here. The tea guy brings us glasses in the afternoon and we chat. It's not a fancy hospital with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a house that we use for our work. It feels more like home that way. We just keep doing our thing every day.
