Crystal Collections

Our place is tucked into Khirki Extension in Malviya Nagar, specifically at T-25/4. It’s a busy little neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of things going on all at once. Crystal Collections is a small setup where we handle all kinds of decorative pieces. Most of our time is spent unwrapping things, checking for chips, and then wrapping them back up again. It’s delicate work, so you have to be careful not to drop anything. The office is often full of packing peanuts and bubble wrap. We aren't a big fancy shop in a mall. We’re just a local business doing our thing. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when we get a new shipment in, and we have to shuffle boxes around to make a path. We’ve been in Malviya Nagar for a while and we like the vibe of the place. It’s got a lot of character. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be shipped out, and get to work. Most of our customers come through word of mouth rather than big ads. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it suits us just fine. If the door is open, we’re usually inside somewhere behind a stack of boxes. It's a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is.
