Coventix Business Solutions Private Limited operates out of Flat Number 3 in the Sai Kirpa Apartments. This is over in Ward Number 6 of Mehrauli, near Property Number 886. It’s a bit of a residential feel since we are in an apartment building, but it works for us. We like being in Mehrauli because of the history around every corner, even if the traffic near the main roads gets a bit messy during rush hour. Our office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy to get in and out without waiting for any lifts. Inside, it looks like a regular flat that’s been turned into a workspace. We’ve got desks where the dining table would usually be. It’s a bit informal, but we find that helps us stay relaxed while we handle business solutions. The walls are a plain off-white and we have a few plants near the window that probably need more water than they get. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which makes it feel less like a stuffy corporate office. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, one of us just gets up to open the door when someone knocks. We’ve been here at Sai Kirpa for a while and the location is quite central for what we need. It's a quiet enough spot once you’re inside the apartment walls, away from the constant street noise of South Delhi.
