Conscious Leadership Connect Private Limited is based at 57A, on the ground floor in Sant Nagar, East Of Kailash. This is a very busy part of South Delhi, right near the big temple. The street outside is always narrow and crowded with people and cars, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache. Since we are on the ground floor, we can hear everything that happens on the road, from the vegetable sellers calling out to the cars honking. Our office is a simple one-room setup mostly. We have a few tables pushed against the walls and some chairs for when we need to sit together. It’s a very local feel. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to connect with people and do our administrative work. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool enough during the summer. We have a small sink in the back and a place to keep our bags. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on our laptops. It’s a practical location because it’s so central, even if the traffic is a bit much. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to pop out for a quick chai or to grab some stationary from the shop next door.
