Concept Architect

Concept Architect is right here in New Friends Colony. We are at 62/8, basically in the same building as Muthoot Finance. If you know where Surya Hotel is, we are just opposite that. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We’ve been doing this architecture thing for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around drawings and trying to get the details right for the people who come to see us. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers and site plans lying around, but that is how it goes. People stop by quite often because the location is easy to find. We don't really do the fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the work at hand. New Friends Colony has its own vibe and being near the hotel makes it simple for visitors to give directions. We might be in the middle of a meeting when you walk in, or someone might be out on a site visit in Delhi. It is a practical space where we deal with designs and building stuff. We have been in this part of Delhi for some time and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a decent place to work from. There is always something happening outside on the street. We just try to keep things moving and get the drawings finished on time for everyone.
