Community Friendly Movement

Community Friendly Movement is based at K-19 on the second floor in Lajpar Nagar-Iii. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy. Lajpar Nagar is a place where there is always something going on, with shops and people everywhere. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our planning and meeting. It’s a simple setup with a few tables, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We don’t have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets all over the place. It’s more of a functional space where people can sit down and talk. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been here for a while and the walls have some scuffs from moving furniture around, but it feels like home to us. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We are just a group of people working out of this apartment-style office to get things done. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood or folks who have known us for years. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and there is usually a pot of tea or coffee on the go somewhere in the back for anyone who stops by.
