We deal with pumps, so our space is often filled with boxes and different pump models waiting to go out. It can get a little crowded when a new shipment arrives. Our staff is mostly people who know the technical side of how water moves. We don't use much fancy language; we just talk about flow rates and pressure because that’s what matters to the people buying them. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just come in, check the orders, and make sure the pumps are working like they should. If someone has a question about a repair, they usually just walk in and ask. We’ve been in Kalkaji for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community. We don't have any polished brochures or anything like that. We just rely on doing the job right so people tell their neighbors. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far.
