We operate across the Delhi NCR region, which keeps us pretty busy most days. Since we’re spread out, we see a whole lot of different neighborhoods and people. It’s a fast-paced environment, just like everything else in Delhi. We don't have one single tiny office to talk about, but rather a presence that covers a lot of ground. Our staff is always on the move, making sure that wherever we are, the standards stay the same. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or checking emails to make sure the different locations have what they need. The traffic in the city is always a factor, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. People come to us for all sorts of skin and hair issues, and we just try to give them a straight answer about what can be done. There’s no corporate script we follow; we just talk to people like normal human beings. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the weather is bad and everyone is running behind. But we just keep going. It’s a big city with a lot of skin care needs, and we’re just one part of that puzzle. We like the energy of the NCR and the variety of people we get to meet every single day. It is hard work but we are used to the grind.
