Cii-Jubilant Bhartia Face

Our office is located at the Confederation of Indian Industry building over in the 23 Institutional Area on Lodi Road. If you know the area, it’s mostly offices and schools around here, so it gets pretty crowded during the morning rush. We go by Cii-Jubilant Bhartia Face, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming in and out for meetings or training sessions. We mostly focus on the skills and development side of things, trying to get people the training they need for actual jobs. It isn't always glamorous work, and there is a lot of paperwork involved in running these programs, but it's what we do. The building itself is quite sturdy and has that typical Delhi office feel to it. Lunchtimes are usually spent grabbing a quick bite nearby or just sitting in the common areas. We try to keep things organized, though with so many projects going on at once, it can get a bit hectic. Being part of the CII network means there’s always something happening in the halls. We aren't trying to be anything we're not; we just provide the space and the resources for people to improve their skills. It's a solid place to work, even if the traffic on Lodi Road is a nightmare most afternoons. We just stick to our tasks and keep moving forward.
