Child Clinic & Vaccination Centre

Our place, Child Clinic & Vaccination Centre, is tucked away in B-9, Lajpat Nagar, right in Part-1. If you know Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here. There’s always someone honking outside or people rushing to the market nearby. Inside the clinic, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We do a lot of vaccinations, so the small fridge in the corner is always humming away. We have to keep a close eye on the temperature in there, especially when the power acts up like it sometimes does in this part of town. The walls are covered in some old posters about health that have been there since we opened. We try to keep things organized, but with kids running around and parents asking about schedules, the desk usually ends up a mess by noon. It's a small space, so things can feel a bit cramped when three or four families are waiting at the same time. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up a spilled juice in the lobby. It’s just how it goes in a neighborhood clinic like this one. Most people in Lajpat Nagar know us because we’ve been at this address for a long time. We just focus on getting the shots done and checking the kids' weight without making a big fuss about it. It's a noisy, busy place but we like it here.
