You can find us at B-19/2 in Phase II of the Okhla Industrial area. It’s a typical Delhi industrial zone, meaning the roads are always a bit tight and there is always something being moved around on a trolley. Cheviot International Ltd operates out of this building, and we’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly piles of stock and people checking lists. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will probably be busy near the loading dock. The air is often thick with the smell of packaging material and the sound of tape dispensers. We have a small crew and everyone kind of does a bit of everything. On Mondays, it’s usually a mess with all the weekend stuff piled up, but we get through it by Tuesday afternoon. We don’t talk much about goals or big plans, we just focus on the shipments going out today. The power goes out once in a while, so we have the backup generator ready, which is just part of life in Okhla. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, it’s just the hum of the computers and the occasional truck driver looking for directions. It’s a practical setup. We have some tea, do the paperwork, and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad on the main road.
