Our office is right on the Mehrauli Road over in Lal Kuan, specifically at number 286. If you know that part of New Delhi, you know it's always crowded and the traffic never seems to stop. Here at Ccs Ostem Projects, we spend our days looking over plans and checking on different site requirements. It is a bit of a squeeze in our office sometimes with all the blueprints and files piled up. We aren't really the type to wear suits. Most of us are more comfortable in boots and jeans because we might have to head out to a project site at any moment. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is always someone coming in to drop off materials or talk about a timeline. We try to keep things organized, but in this line of work, something unexpected always pops up. We've been at this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the main road. It’s a practical place for us to work from. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about how to get things done on time. It is just a group of us trying to keep these projects moving forward. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work, keep our heads down, and try to make sure everything is built right. It’s a lot of coordination and hard work for the whole team.
