Our office is located at Neb Sarai, right on Ignou Road. We are in flat B-5 on the second floor of building A-36, which sits on Khasra number 129. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you are on Ignou Road, it is not too hard to find. The area is always busy because of the university nearby. We’ve been here for a bit, working on local real estate. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s a bit tight when we have more than a couple of people over, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time looking at property listings and handling the legal side of things for local deals. There’s no big lobby or reception area here. You just come up to the second floor and knock. We have some chairs and a table where we go over documents. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. Most of our work happens out in the field or over the phone anyway. We focus on the houses and plots around this part of South Delhi. It’s a lot of work, but we keep at it every day. Just a small group of people doing real estate things. Sometimes we have to hunt for parking nearby because it gets so crowded, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood.
