We are over here in Malviya Nagar at C-50. This is South Delhi, and if you know the area, it's pretty busy most days. My name is on the registration as Cascades Diamonds And Jewels Llp. I started this place because I have always liked working with stones and jewelry. It’s a small operation. We spend most of our time at the counter or in the back. Sometimes the shop gets dusty but that’s just how it is when you’re working with tools. I’ve lived in Delhi my whole life. People come in from all over the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and the glass cases. Most of our neighbors know where we are. It’s 110017, right in the heart of the market area. I try to keep things simple here. My family helps out when they can. We handle diamonds and different kinds of jewels every day. It’s a lot of sitting and looking through a loupe. It’s hard on the eyes after a while. I remember when we first got the keys to this spot. It took us a few weeks just to get the lights working right. We aren’t a big chain store. We are just Cascades. If you walk past C-50, you’ll see us. The sign isn't too big. I think people like that we are local. It’s honest work. We stay open until late most evenings. That is just how life goes in Delhi-South Delhi.
