Down in Gupta Colony, specifically at J1/127 B in the Khidki Extension, you’ll find our little operation. We call ourselves Caroxy Autohelpline, and we’ve been working out of this part of New Delhi for some time now. Our day-to-day is mostly about helping people who have car trouble or need some kind of assistance on the road. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out near the vehicles, often getting our hands a bit dirty in the process. The office near East of Kailash is where the paperwork happens, but the real work is usually out in the sun or rain. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know cars and we know how frustrating it is when they break down. When someone calls us, they’re usually having a bad day, so we try to just get to the point and help them out. The neighborhood here is busy, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture for the locals who know where to find us. We don't use complicated language or try to sound like a big corporate entity. We’re just a group of guys who understand engines and logistics. It’s a steady job that keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We just keep our tools ready and wait for the next call.
