Cargo Construction Com. Pvt. Ltd. is based at H.No.-108, Subhash Khand in Giri Nagar, which is over in the Kalkaji area of Delhi. It is a fairly small operation we have going here. We handle a mix of cargo and construction related tasks, so there is always a bit of variety in what we are doing. Some days we are looking at blueprints and other days we are trying to figure out how to transport heavy materials across the city. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We have been working out of Kalkaji for some time and we like the local atmosphere. It isn't a high-rise building with a glass front. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and site managers. Sometimes the projects get delayed because of permits or the weather, and we just have to adjust our plans. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we just put in the extra hours and get it finished. Most of us have been here for years, so we know how to handle the common issues that pop up. It is just a matter of staying focused and getting through the daily list.
