We are based out of Maharani Bagh in New Delhi, specifically at 118/Ii in the D.T.L. Colony. Carex Cargo Forwarders Pvt.Ltd. has been running from this spot for a good bit now. Dealing with cargo means we’re always looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get things from point A to point B. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is usually cluttered with folders and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. New Delhi is a fast place, and Maharani Bagh is no different. We see a lot of people coming and going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough that people come back. Our desks are old, and the chairs squeak a bit, but they work. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting that happens behind the scenes in transport. It’s mostly answering emails and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes the weather messes up the plans, and we have to sit around and wait it out. It's just part of the life here. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the cargo where it needs to be without too many headaches. It’s a practical business for practical people. We take things as they come and fix problems when they pop up. That’s how we’ve always done it, and it seems to work for everyone involved.
