Career Launcher Foundation

We are based out of the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate in South Delhi. Our address is A-45, and we are located on the first floor. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on outside. You can hear trucks moving and people working in the nearby units all day long. It gives the place a very busy, industrious feel which we actually quite like. Our office is a bit larger than some of the others in the area, but it is still very basic. We have long rows of desks and some storage shelves for all the documents we have to keep. The floor is made of simple tiles and we have plain white walls that we’ve pinned a few maps onto. It’s a practical space designed for working, not for showing off. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just get coffee from the machine in the hallway or bring it in from the outside stall. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the Delhi heatwaves. We have a mix of younger and older staff members, and we all just get along and do our work. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the tasks at hand. We stay pretty busy from Monday to Friday, and Career Launcher Foundation has been here for a good while now. It feels like a second home to many of us.
