It is just a few of us working here at Block No. 13/479. We deal with tax stuff and keeping books straight for the people who come to us. It gets pretty busy around March, honestly, and the desks usually end up covered in papers. The office is right in New Delhi, specifically in the 110003 area. We have been at this for a while now. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls with the tax office. People come in with boxes of receipts sometimes and we have to sort through them one by one. It is not a fancy place. We just sit at our desks and try to get the filings done on time so nobody gets a notice from the government. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that is the highlight of our afternoon. We know the local regulations pretty well because we live and work right here. If you walk past the block, you might see us through the window staring at our screens. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some chairs for guests and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. Some clients have been coming to us since we first opened the doors. We handle the GST stuff too. It is just practical, everyday work. We try to keep things simple for the folks who come in. There is always some new rule to read. We just do our bit from this corner in Delhi.
