Breathe Gym

If you are looking for us, we are right there in South Extension 2. The gym is at E-22, in the Main Market area, which is always a bit chaotic with cars and people. A good landmark is the McDonald's nearby. If you find that, you are basically here. It is a local Delhi gym through and through. We have the weights, the treadmills, and the usual machines you would expect. Nothing too crazy. The space gets a bit tight during the evening rush when everyone finishes work and decides to hit the gym at the same time. We spend a lot of time re-racking weights because people always leave them all over the floor. It is just a part of the job. The air conditioning works hard in the summer, and we try to keep the music at a level where you can still think. We aren't some big chain with a hundred locations. We are just this one spot in South Ex. The staff is mostly local guys who know a thing or two about lifting. It is a straightforward place. You come in, sweat for an hour, and leave. No one is going to give you a long speech about fitness goals or anything. We just keep the doors open and the equipment greased up. It is a bit gritty sometimes, but it feels real, unlike those fancy places in the big malls. We have been here for a while and the regulars seem to like it.
