Our office for BPS Decore Pvt. Ltd. is located at 410/209 in Plaza-II, right in the Leela Ram Market area of South Extension 2. Being in South Delhi, we see a lot of different kinds of homes and commercial spaces. We’ve been operating from this market for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and our office is usually packed with samples of tiles, wood, and paint. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different workers like electricians and carpenters. It’s not always a smooth process because things happen, like a truck getting delayed or a specific shade of paint being out of stock. We just try to manage those hiccups as they come up. We aren't a big corporate entity; we're more of a hands-on team that likes to be on-site seeing how things are actually being built. We don't really do the whole 'visionary' talk. We just listen to what someone wants for their shop or home and try to make it happen within the space they have. The paperwork and the planning take up a lot of our mornings, and then the afternoons are usually for visiting sites and checking the quality of the work. It’s a lot of walking around and making sure things are level and straight. We enjoy the process of seeing a dusty room turn into something useful and clean for the owners.
