We are located at 280 in Tughlakabad Village. It’s not like those fancy industrial parks you see in Gurgaon. This is an old village with narrow lanes and a lot of history. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. We work on cooling towers, which is heavy, physical work. Our workshop is right here, and you can usually hear the sound of metal being worked on from the street. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone welding or checking a motor. It’s a real, hands-on operation. We grew up around here, so we know the people and the way things work in the village. It’s a tight community. We don’t really do any formal advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for decades. We aren't interested in being a corporate giant. We just want to build towers that last and keep our customers happy. Sometimes the power cuts in the village make things difficult, but we just work around it. It’s part of the charm, I guess. We have a small team, and everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. There’s no room for people who don't want to get their hands dirty. It’s just honest, hard work every day in Tughlakabad. We’ve been at it for years and we’ll be here for many more, just doing what we do best with what we have.
