You’ll find us at A-18, Murli Marg, right in the Nizamudin East area. This is a family-run spot, and we’ve been around for quite a bit. The building is a bit older, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit creaky sometimes. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. It’s just Basant Ram & Sons. Inside, things are kept simple. We have our desks and our files, and we just go about our business every day. It’s usually pretty quiet in this part of Nizamudin, which is nice for getting work done. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; if someone needs to talk, we just sit down and chat. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it has worked for us for years. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. We aren't trying to grow into some huge company. We just want to keep things running smoothly and stay honest with the people we deal with. Most of our clients have been coming to us for a long time. They know where we are and how we operate. It’s just a plain, reliable place on Murli Marg. We keep our paperwork organized in old metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the daily tasks.
