We've been over here at 2, 586A/6 in Kalkaji for quite a while now. Most people around Govindpuri know where the shop is. It gets a bit crowded inside sometimes because of all the cans and tools we keep on the shelves. Bansal Paint & Hw Store isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It's just a regular place where you can find what you need for a quick repair at home. I spend most of my day moving ladders or looking for a specific bolt for someone. People come in asking for advice on colors, and we try to help out as much as we can without making it complicated. Some days are busier than others, especially when everyone decides to fix their house at the same time. The dust gets everywhere, but that’s just how it goes with hardware. We have brushes, rollers, and different kinds of hinges tucked away in various corners. It takes a minute to find things sometimes, but we usually have it. We keep the doors open early so people can grab stuff before they head to work. It’s a simple setup, really. No big corporate rules here, just us trying to keep things organized enough so you can get in and out.
