Bakekneads Llp

You can find us at 56-58 in the Community Centre at East of Kailash. If you spend any time in South Delhi, you know how hectic these community centers can get. There are always people rushing around. Bakekneads Llp is right in the middle of all that. We started this place because we wanted to do our own thing. It hasn't always been easy. The rent is quite a bit and there are other shops everywhere you look. We spend our mornings kneading dough and keeping an eye on the timers. It’s a lot of physical work, and my back usually feels it by the time we close. We don’t have any fancy statements or big goals. We just show up every morning and turn on the equipment. The people in this part of Delhi are always in a big hurry. We try to keep things moving, but sometimes there is a wait when it gets crowded. That’s just how it goes. The shop is small, so we have to stay organized or we would be bumping into each other all day. We use basic ingredients and stick to the methods we know. There’s no big secret to it. We just put in the hours. We like the energy here, even when the delivery bikes are blocking the entrance and we have to go out and yell. It’s just a normal day. We aren't trying to be famous or anything like that.
