We are located at 14/435 in the Kalkaji DDA Flats. Our office is right opposite the Central Market, which is a very busy part of the neighborhood. Being in the DDA flats means we are right in the heart of where people live. We spend our days talking to neighbors and showing people around the different blocks. The office is small and usually has a few maps or property listings taped to the walls. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big corporate office or a fleet of cars. Most of the time, we are just walking over to meet someone at their flat or grabbing a tea at the market while we wait for a client. The Central Market area is always full of people, so there is never a dull moment. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but the demand for flats in Kalkaji stays pretty steady. We just help people figure out their housing situations or help them find a place to rent. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, mostly. Sometimes we are out all day and the office is locked, but we are usually around. We don't do anything fancy with our presentations. We just tell people what’s available and show them the rooms. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now without much fuss or bother.
