We are based at A-1/118 in Lajpat Nagar I, which is right near the Defence Colony Flyover. It is a good spot because people can see us as they drive past, even if the traffic is always a nightmare. The shop stays quite busy most days. We deal with all kinds of tyres, and the place is always messy with jacks, wrenches, and old rubber. It isn't a polished showroom. It’s a workshop where we get our hands dirty every single hour. The sound of the air compressor is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We spend a lot of time on our knees checking treads and pressure. Sometimes the weather is so hot that the rubber feels like it might melt, but we just keep at it. We have a small bench where customers can sit, but most just stand around and chat while we work on their wheels. We have seen a lot of different cars come through here. Being near the flyover means we get a lot of people who are just passing through and have a sudden problem. We don't do anything special, just honest work with our hands. We try to keep the most common sizes in stock so nobody has to wait too long. It is just a regular local tyre shop, and we are fine with that. We have been a part of this neighborhood for a long time.
