Our spot is at B-10 in the Gulmohar Park and Gautam Nagar area. It’s actually a pretty good location because the Green Park Metro Station is really close by. Most of the people who work here or come to visit us use the metro since parking around Delhi 110049 can be a real struggle. This particular street has that typical mix of homes and small offices. You won't find a big corporate park here, so it feels more grounded. We spend most of our time on the phones or interviewing people. The office is tucked away, so you have to look for the B-10 marking on the gate. Inside, we have a few desks and a place for people to sit while they wait their turn. It’s a bit cramped when we have a big group in for a recruitment drive, but we manage somehow. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—street vendors, cars, and people walking to the metro. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai guy knows our exact order. It’s just a normal day-to-day business where we try to stay organized amidst all the resumes. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basics of placement work and talking to folks. It’s a steady pace most weeks and we stay busy with the local traffic from the station.
