You can find us at C-112, on the 3rd floor in Lajpat Nagar 2. We’re right near the Central Market in New Delhi, which means it’s always crowded and there’s never enough parking. Working for Asian Paints Ltd. in this part of town is definitely an experience. The noise from the market is constant, from the street food sellers to the shoppers looking for bargains. Our office is up on the third floor, away from the worst of the pavement heat. It’s a functional space, nothing fancy. We have some old chairs and desks that have seen better days. We don’t really care about the decor because we’re too busy keeping up with everything. The 110024 area is a hub for everything, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes getting up the stairs with a heavy bag is a chore, especially when it’s humid. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to people all over Delhi. It's a bit chaotic at times, especially when the market is in full swing during festival season. But we like being where the action is. We’re not a big corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team here, making sure the business keeps running. It’s a bit messy and a bit loud, but it’s our home.
