Asaved Ventures LLP is located in the Flatted Factory Complex in Okhla Phase III. We are in block B-93 on the second floor. Okhla is a real industrial hub, so the area is always full of trucks, workers, and a lot of activity. It’s not the most scenic part of Delhi, but it’s where things get made and business happens. Our office is in one of these functional factory buildings. It’s a large space with high ceilings, which helps keep it from feeling too cramped. We have our desks set up in one section and some storage in the other. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no marble flooring or fancy glass walls here. We share the building with a variety of other small companies, so there is always a bit of noise from the neighboring units. The 110020 area is well-connected, but the roads can get really jammed up during the evenings. We usually stick to our routine—get in early, handle the paperwork and meetings, and try to beat the traffic on the way out. We aren't big on corporate titles or formal meetings. We just shout across the room if we need something from each other. There is a small canteen nearby where we get tea twice a day. It’s an honest, hard-working atmosphere. We’ve been here for a good while and it suits the way we operate. No frills, just work.
