Architecture Plus

We are located at 209 A in Shahpur Jat. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know it’s a mix of designers, workshops, and little cafes. Our space is tucked away like many others in this area. Architecture Plus is where we spend our hours looking at maps and building models. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes, but that’s just how Shahpur Jat is. We’ve got a couple of big desks and computers that are always humming. Most of the time, the floor is covered in scraps of foam board or old sketches we didn't end up using. We work on all kinds of things, from small renovations to bigger structures. It’s not a corporate office with a dress code. Usually, we’re just in jeans trying to figure out why a particular corner of a building isn't lining up right. We talk to contractors, deal with the city rules, and try to make sure things get built properly. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes a project goes smoothly, and other times we’re scratching our heads for days. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a person to answer the phones. Usually, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. It’s a practical way to work. We like the energy of this neighborhood, even if parking is a nightmare. It’s just us doing our job every day and trying to make sense of the buildings we design.
