Araga Hotels operates out of Khirki Extension in New Delhi. You can find us at JB-15-A on the third floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s a good spot for us. Khirki is an interesting place, tucked away near the mall but still feeling very local. We handle hotel operations from this office. It’s a lot of screen time and phone calls, making sure that everything is synced up with the rooms we manage. We are a small crew, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at invoices, and the next day I’m checking on a property across town. We don't have a polished corporate identity. We are just people who know the hotel business and decided to start our own thing here in South Delhi. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we don't mind much. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the linens are clean and the staff is showing up on time. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just everyday management. We like being in Khirki because it’s central and we can get to most places quickly. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big deal out of it. It is honest work for us.
